Possible ingredients

These are some of the more common ingredients in tanning lotions. There are many more and they are often used in combination's in accelerators, bronzers and tingles as well as after tanning moisturizers.

ALOE VERA- It is the main ingredient in most of your better or more expensive tanning lotions, it cools and helps prevent burns.
 
ACAI OIL- Is used for antioxidant benefits

BENZYL NICOTINATE.- Is an ingredient used in tingle or hot lotions. It is what gives the burning sensation. It is also found in muscle rubs such as ben-gay.

BIOSACCHARIDE GUM- It is used to help eliminate the after tan burn smell.

CARROT OIL- It is rich in vitamins A & E increasing skin elasticity and combat wrinkles.( check color of the lotion, to much oil can give your skin an orange tone. )

CUCUMBER EXTRACT- Helps with fine lines and wrinkles, it also helps the skins elasticity.

DIMETHICONE & DIMETRICONE CROSSPOLYMER- These are just silicone's to help protect the skin and make the lotion flow better.

GINSENG- This helps reduce fine lines and combats skin aging.

GRAPE SEED OIL- Controls skin moisture and helps heal damaged and stressed tissue, it also provides natural vitamin E.

ROSEHIPS SEED OIL- Is used for leaving your skin soft.

SESAME SEED OIL- Is a good source of vitamins E & B and minerals such as calcium magnesium and phosphorus and a great moisturizer.

SHEA BUTTER- Is known for nourishing the skin.

SILICONE EMULSION- Is another ingredient used to leave your skin feeling soft.

WALNUT OIL- Is used for extra moisture, anti aging, toning and color. ( in bronzers )
